A Two Month Mack

Mack is two months! And boy is he getting to be fun!!!
He weighs 12.3 pounds 60%
And is 22.5 inches 50%
He sleeps 8 hours through the night
Smiles and squeals
Loves to kick his feet
Sucks on his hands and actually loves a pacifier
He absolutely loves his woombie (every baby needs one of these!)
He only naps for 30 minutes at a time
Always has the hiccups!
He has the biggest eyes and is always so alert!

Easter 2014

This year was a lot like last year, except we had sweet Baby Mack with us! We went to Darcia's on Saturday and my parents on Sunday. Oliver got to have an Easter egg hunt both days. He really loves playing with his cousins too!

These are in no particular order!

I couldn't resist!

We hope everyone had a great Easter and took the time to reflect on our Savior!
Happy Easter!

90th Birthday Bash!

Terry's Grandpa Walton turned 90 last month! His party was the day before Mack's blessing, so he was only 3 weeks old! That week I also had a gum graft done, so my face is swollen in every picture... But here they are anyways!

Happy Birthday Grandpa!

Chiropractor Round 2!

I took Oliver to the Chiropractor when he was about 6 weeks old because he would projectile spit up and had terrible gas problems. Mack didn't spit up, thank goodness, but he also had really bad gas, so I took him in! The exact same things that were out with Oliver, were out in Mack! His hip, neck, and back all had to be put in, but it was a lot easier than with Oliver! It took 3 visits, but he has a lot less gas and moves his head from side to side better.

Mack practically slept through his whole first appointment. Our Dr. said he was the most calm baby he has ever worked on. Way to go, Mack!
A lot of people have told me how uncomfortable they are with taking their baby to the chiropractor, but they are so soft and gentle, and makes such a big difference, that I will always take my babies in! I really like our Doctor too. He does a great job and I feel completely comfortable with him handling my kiddos!

Mack's Blessing

Mack was blessed today. March 30, 2014. Only 3 weeks old. A bit earlier than we had planned, but we had so much family in town, we figured we'd take the opportunity and just do it!

Mack was blessed by his dad, and had is Grandpa Walton and Jensen, Great Grandpa Walton and Thornock, Uncle Mitch, and Great Great Uncle Don stand in. We are grateful for all of these men and for their willingness to be apart of our children's lives.

Terry did a great job and Mack was given a beautiful blessing... to always make right decisions, no matter the circumstances, and reach the potential Heavenly Father has for him. We know he will!

We're so grateful for a dad and husband who is worthy to hold the priesthood and continually bless our lives, home, and family!

On a side note, we got a new Bishopric today and Terry has been called as the Executive Secretary. Not what we were expecting, but we're here for the adventure!
